PAPRIKAMOLNAR: MILL & MUSEUM
PaprikaMolnar produces premium quality paprika powder and features a museum that celebrates 200 years of paprika history.
The Paprika Mill is located in the heart of the traditional paprika growing area of Szeged in the south of Hungary. The raw material comes from local farms: we process the fresh fruit into ground powder, flakes and seedoil. We mill to order to ensure as fresh milling as possible. See our PAPRIKA SHOP for products and gift ideas.
We are passionate about keeping local tradition alive. We created a museum and we’re collecting all things related to paprika. In our Paprika Museum visitors will learn about the origin, lore, uses, science, technology in traditional and modern paprika growing and processing and a lot more. The Museum also offers possibility to see the Mill and taste the different paprika spices.
